Trust Your Mark is taking on a small number of founding clients so each one gets real attention. Every application is read personally, usually the same day. It also means we only take on businesses we’re confident we can get results for.
You’ll hear back within one business day. If we’re a fit, you get an onboarding link to tell us about your business, brand, and goals. Your first batch of videos follows, and your 14-day free trial starts then.
No. Applying is completely free and puts you under no obligation. Payment details are only set up if you decide to continue after your trial.
Once you’re onboarded, you get 14 days of the full service at no cost. Nothing is charged during those 14 days, and if you decide it isn’t for you, you simply don’t continue — you pay nothing at all.
Full access to your plan. You’ll complete onboarding, receive your first batch of videos, and approve them through the normal review process — so you can judge the real product before you pay anything.
If you continue past the trial, we send you a secure Stripe payment link to set up your plan. It then recurs monthly or annually depending on the plan you picked, and you can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH).
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your client dashboard. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Stop during the trial and you’re never charged; cancel later and you won’t be billed again.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Yes. Ad management is a service fee — you pay your ad budget directly to Facebook, Instagram, or Google. We charge a flat management fee on top.
